(1) 5-year Warranty on Workmanship

Extollo warrants all furniture products against defects in original materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required to make a warranty claim. Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only as listed on the original receipt.

Submit a written claim directly to Extollo within the five-year warranty period. Extollo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or refund the defective product. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper placement site, neglect, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature.

(2) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Extollo's total liability to any purchaser for any claim arising from the purchase or use of an Extollo product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Extollo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of use, or lost profits, whether arising from product defect, misuse, improper installation, or any other cause.

(3) Product Variations

Extollo products are handcrafted by skilled tradespeople using natural materials. As a result, each piece is unique. Variations in color, texture, tone, grain, and surface finish are inherent characteristics of handcrafted concrete and steel products and are not considered defects.

Concrete products may exhibit natural variation in color, surface texture, aggregate distribution, and finish between pieces and production batches. Steel products may exhibit minor variation in weld appearance and finish tone. These characteristics are a reflection of authentic craftsmanship and do not affect structural integrity or product performance.

(4) Delivery

Extollo offers local delivery of concrete bench and picnic table products to locations within twenty (20) kilometers of Extollo's facility in Champin, Haiti (the eligible delivery radius). Delivery availability is subject to confirmation at time of purchase. Locations outside this radius are eligible for Extollo delivery at the cost of $5 USD / 650 HTG per kilometer.

Purchaser is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible by standard delivery vehicle. Extollo reserves the right to decline delivery to sites deemed inaccessible or unsafe for delivery personnel. In such cases, Extollo will work with the purchaser to identify an alternative drop point.

Delivery dates and times are estimated and not guaranteed. Extollo is not liable for delays caused by road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the specified location.

(5) On-Site Assembly & Placement

On-site assembly and placement is available for concrete bench and picnic table products delivered within the eligible delivery radius. Assembly includes placement of the product at a single, pre-designated location specified by the purchaser at time of scheduling.

Purchaser is responsible for:

Ensuring the placement site is prepared, level, and accessible prior to the scheduled assembly date
Obtaining any permits or permissions required for permanent installation
Marking the exact placement location in advance

Extollo is not responsible for damage to landscaping, hardscape, or structures resulting from delivery or placement of heavy concrete products. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for site conditions.

Relocation of product after placement is not included. Additional fees may apply for requests to move or place the product after initial placement.
