ABOUT US
We are a training-focused construction company that embodies
the highest level of excellence and integrity, setting the bar for building methods and construction products in Haiti.
Our company’s purpose is to:
-
Elevate the level of quality of construction in Haiti through high-quality training, products, and services.
-
Create jobs and economic opportunities through direct employment and affiliated construction companies.
-
Model and teach the character traits of Jesus in all we do.
As a training-focused construction company, our training program offers very hands-on professional training in Masonry, Concrete, Electric, Welding and more. Selected students are provided with opportunities to advance with on-the-job training through our Practicum / Level 2 program. In our construction operations we are currently developing multiple house and security wall products using tilt-up construction technology - the first of its kind in Haiti. We are also building our capacity to provide high-level metal fabrication products. Training and professional development is integrated into everything we do.
Our company culture is built on the foundation of respect, collaboration, and teamwork. We value the unique perspectives and diverse backgrounds of our team members and we strive to create an environment where everyone can thrive. We believe that by investing in our people, we can achieve our goals and deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.
