the highest level of excellence and integrity, setting the bar for building methods and construction products in Haiti.
Extollo Training & Construction S.A. est légalement enregistrée en Haiti par Extollo International. Nous offrons des formations professionnelles dans le domaine de la Construction et recevons des étudiants adultes à nos programmes qui apprennent les codes internationaux de construction en maçonnerie, béton, électricité, soudage et autres. Par la suite, les étudiants qualifiés sont retenus par l'Organisation pour poursuivre par la pratique, leur formation, à travers des travaux de construction enclenchés sur son site à Bercy.
Nous opérons à Bercy en Haïti. Les Gradués de nos programmes ne disposent pas uniquement des compétences requises par le marché du travail mais sont aussi inscrits dans notre base de données afin de les recommander pour des opportunités de travail auprès de nos partenaires.

Superviseur des Equipements
A graduate of Business Administration with a bachelor’s degree, Bendy joined the trade school team in 2022. He brings to the position 6 years prior NGO work experience as a loan manager, brand manager and advanced professional school teacher. He is proving himself not only as an administrator, but also as a marketer and videographer. We’re so grateful for the many talents and capabilities he brings to Extollo.
Jeff Ballard
Construction Manager and Metal Fabrication
Jeff is a NCCER-certified instructor and a current CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) and CWE ( Certified Welding Educator) and member of the American Welding Society with over 49 years of metal fabrication experience. Prior to Extollo, Jeff was the Welding Department Chair at York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC after a long and successful career running his own metal fab shop.
Jessica Jean
Adminstrateur
Jessica a rejoint l'équipe pour servir comme Assistante-Administrative. Elle est très intelligente et capte rapidement. Elle poursuit ses études dans la perspective de renforcer son leadership et ses compétences en Affaires.
Junior Medard
Directeur Général
Junior a commencé avec Extollo en avril 2019. Junior a de nombreuses années d'expérience dans les entreprises haïtiennes. Il utilise son leadership et ses compétences en affaires pour continuer à former et développer notre personnel haïtien et faire progresser Extollo en Haïti.

Javier Calero
Project Engineer/QC Inspector
Javier received his degree in Civil Engineering and is an ACI Associate Concrete Construction Special Inspector. With over 12 years in the construction industry, seven (7) in concrete construction, Javier previously worked as an ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician. Javier brings value to all things concrete in our tilt-up operations.

Superviseur Maintenance
Jeffté prête ses services à Extollo depuis quelques temps. Son attention aux détails, son souci de la qualité et son attitude résolument positive constituent une véritable bouffée d'oxygène pour l'Organisation. En plus de faire partie du corps professoral, il agit également comme Coordonateur des Infrastructures.

Coordonateur des Opérations
Wilkens a été d'abord formé par Extollo en 2011 lors du projet du Village des Enfants Okipe à La Gonâve. Il a rejoint le Directeur de Pays en 2016 afin de l'aider avec les opérations journalières lors la construction de nos premières infrastructures à Bercy, Cabaret. wilkens@extollosa.com

Keith provides strategic leadership and overall management for Extollo, helping support Extollo's mission to equip and unleash the potential of men and women in Haiti through the construction industry. Keith has over 24 years of leadership experience in developing and scaling a diverse range of companies and organizations. Throughout his career Keith has been involved in catalyzing the power of entrepreneurship and education to impact lives and economies in emerging markets.
Wilkens Versailles
Coordonateur des Opérations
Specializing in the development and construction of concrete tilt-up buildings, Sherman is recognized for his expertise as an innovator and visionary in the development of new methods, technology, procedures and value engineering for construction. Throughout his 40+ year career, he has managed the construction of hundreds of buildings including residential, commercial, industrial, food processing plants, and technology centers. Sherman is also an accomplished off-road truck racer, with victories including Baja 500, 3-time Baja 1000, Mint-400, and Grand National trucks.
